Located in the heart of Waterloo, The Noble was envisioned as a boutique luxury residential building that redefines contemporary apartment living. Designed with a focus on timeless elegance, the project balances a classic modern aesthetic with a carefully curated material palette that extends from the exterior architecture through to the lobby, common areas, and landscaped outdoor spaces. Every element was considered to convey refinement and permanence, setting a new benchmark for residential developments in the precinct.
The interiors and communal spaces were designed to create a sense of understated sophistication. Natural stone, warm timber tones, and tailored joinery establish a welcoming backdrop, while layered lighting and crafted finishes elevate the experience of arrival. Outdoor courtyards, detailed with bluestone paving and honed sandstone feature walls, extend the living environment beyond the apartments, offering residents calm retreats within an urban setting. This seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces ensures a continuity of the classic modern aesthetic, while encouraging social connection and relaxation.
Beyond the architecture and interiors, our team was also entrusted with shaping the branding for The Noble, aligning visual identity with the design philosophy. This holistic approach to place-making played a key role in the project’s success, culminating in record-breaking sales per square metre in Waterloo resulting in a complete sell-out.
