MODERN AMERICAN/
Hunting Valley Residence

We recently got to work on the interiors for a mansion is situated on a private estate in Hunting Valley Ohio, one of America’s most affluent zip codes.
Hunting Valley is a picturesque, affluent suburb, featuring beautiful homes and pristine forest land. The mansion that we were commissioned work on was similar to the one featured in the 90’s movie Sabrina.
The opulent home is perched away from the main road, accessible by a secluded driveway, and is surrounded by hectares of rural forest land. Inside, the residence features grand living spaces, private elevators, manicured gardens, a spa, pool, gym, a state-of-the-art home cinema, offices, guest rooms, chef’s kitchen, private wine cellar, and formal and informal lounge areas.
The team at Lorena Gaxiola incorporated lavish elements all throughout the property, such as custom-made Italian Murano glass chandeliers, double-height curtain walls and custom-made coffered-vaulted ceilings. There is velvet, leather or silk upholstery for all the custom-designed furniture, all manufactured specifically for this home by European luxury brands such as Sicis, Bentley, Fendi, Cassoni, Nella Vetrina and Covet House, and top American brands such as RH, Arteriors and Baker, to name a few.
This mansion is the perfect blend of opulence and subtlety. The integration of marble and stunning chandeliers is balanced out with the use of cream-coloured furniture, drapes in an elegant grey hue and lots of natural light, to create a home that is palatial but also feels like a comfortable residence, and one that takes advantage of its picturesque forest views.
Instead of limiting ourselves to a particular aesthetic, the team at Lorena Gaxiola likes to think outside of the box so we can create timeless designs that exceeds the client’s expectations. requested.

This bold luxury residence is located right on the waterfront in the beautiful green suburb of Lilyfield, just 6km west from the centre of Sydney.
This neighbourhood is enjoying a healthy rise in real estate value and locals are investing serious money to upgrade residential properties to suit the demand for luxurious and bespoke designs, with the added convenience of living in one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.
To differentiate this project from the competition, Lorena Gaxiola employed the following elements:
BRUTALIST ARCHITECTURE/ to differentiate it from the typical residential developments in the area.
BESPOKE FINISHES/ to evoke a sense of luxury, resulting in a residence that can enter the market with a multi-million-dollar residential valuation.
BLENDED INTERIORS/ to deliver a unique product offering in a traditional area.
