Bayview and Bowral by Waterbrook are two five-star retirement resorts for active seniors.
To design the perfect space for seniors to enjoy their retirement years, we focused on creating customisable villas that residents can, if they wish to, transform into a more manageable version of their original homes.
First, we focused on space planning. This demographic has a lot of large furniture and does not want to compromise space when moving to a retirement village. Therefore, we focused on designing an expansive and harmonious space in each home. Second, we worked on the outdoor areas and green spaces, making sure every resident has a view of the natural landscape from their villa.
We don’t simply design pretty designs, we customise them to suit the end-user’s every need.
