LUXURY CITY RESIDENTIAL/

The Lennox in Parramatta

For decades, property developers typically presented buyers with limited options because “this is what it is” and often buyers can only choose between a vague “light or dark scheme” for their home. However, buyers should be given more choice and be able to see it in context before making a decision to purchase.

At The Lennox in Parramatta, developed by Aoyuan International, we focused on giving buyers more choice in styles and price levels, allowing them to have more ownership in creating the home of their dreams.

We designed six variations across two main themes — sleek and classic, allowing buyers to choose from a range of materials, textures, benchtop colours, flooring materials, feature tiles and appliances.

By implementing clever design solutions, we were able to maximise choice for buyers while still maintaining a streamlined process for the developer and builder. Creating a design that is tailored to your project’s demographics doesn’t need to be difficult, you just need to select the right designer.
