Steak House

Ember is an excellent example of Gallies’ capability as a one-stop-shop for creativity. We help the restaurant rebrand and achieve a new fresh look that could help boost its sales and presence on the beachy Byron Bay.

The name ‘Ember’ was inspired by the Hawaiian word for fire, which is representative of the passion for great food and drink. The branding and interior design reflect this concept, with a focus on warmth and elegance.

We wanted to create a dining experience that was truly unique and memorable. To do this, we took inspiration from the natural elements of the surroundings.

We used natural colors to establish a calming ambiance, aiming for diners to experience a similar feeling upon entering the restaurant.

From the very beginning, we knew that Ember would be a different kind of steakhouse.
