CONTEMPORARY LIVING/
The Noble in Waterloo

The Noble is an AUD$50 million residential building containing 62 apartment units located in Waterloo — a trendy inner-city neighbourhood in Sydney, Australia. Waterloo features old factories and industrial buildings with a unique architectural appeal and is the place to be for young and hip professionals because of its lively restaurant, bar, and cafe scene.
The development stands out for the generous floor plan of its apartments. We designed the living, dining and entertainment areas in an open-plan layout to take full advantage of the space, while each bedroom is an en-suite and features frameless bathrooms to enhance the spaciousness of the room. Indoor/outdoor living is made possible in each unit with the spacious balcony that comes with breathtaking views and floods the apartment with natural light.
It is not often that we get to design for apartments with such a large floor plan and our team focused on a design that will highlight the ample size of each unit.

This bold luxury residence is located right on the waterfront in the beautiful green suburb of Lilyfield, just 6km west from the centre of Sydney.
This neighbourhood is enjoying a healthy rise in real estate value and locals are investing serious money to upgrade residential properties to suit the demand for luxurious and bespoke designs, with the added convenience of living in one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.
To differentiate this project from the competition, Lorena Gaxiola employed the following elements:
BRUTALIST ARCHITECTURE/ to differentiate it from the typical residential developments in the area.
BESPOKE FINISHES/ to evoke a sense of luxury, resulting in a residence that can enter the market with a multi-million-dollar residential valuation.
BLENDED INTERIORS/ to deliver a unique product offering in a traditional area.
