Boutique Development in Crows Nest

Canopy is a boutique development comprising of 10 luxurious townhouses, each designed so that there is seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor space — a style unique to the Antipodes.

The interiors were crafted with exquisite attention to detail to match the landscaped grounds and are suited for both families and down-sizers. Tactile materials such as hardwood floors and stone benchtops bring texture and warmth to the contemporary space, while bespoke joinery and carefully selected fittings convey a sense of timeless luxury. The muted colour palette of brown, soft grey and cream provided the ideal background for statement fixtures such as a glass enclosed Jetmaster fireplace, floating stairs and graceful light installations.

The bedrooms come with delicate finishes, calming tones and exquisite fittings to make it appealing to different target markets, and the kitchens and bathrooms are elegantly functional and utilise premium brands such as Artedomus tiles, Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele.

At Lorena Gaxiola, we are all about creating designs that will stand the test of time, enhanced with luxury touches, at any price point.

This bold luxury residence is located right on the waterfront in the beautiful green suburb of Lilyfield, just 6km west from the centre of Sydney.

This neighbourhood is enjoying a healthy rise in real estate value and locals are investing serious money to upgrade residential properties to suit the demand for luxurious and bespoke designs, with the added convenience of living in one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.

To differentiate this project from the competition, Lorena Gaxiola employed the following elements:

BRUTALIST ARCHITECTURE/ to differentiate it from the typical residential developments in the area.

BESPOKE FINISHES/ to evoke a sense of luxury, resulting in a residence that can enter the market with a multi-million-dollar residential valuation.

BLENDED INTERIORS/ to deliver a unique product offering in a traditional area.
